Robert MacLeod is a well presented, articulate and focused individual. He initially worked successfully
in private practice and subsequently in a managerial and supervisory role following promotion.
However, most recently, he has focused entirely on business development. In over 18 years in the legal
profession he has developed a diverse range of contacts covering a broad range of this service industry.
The new business development is achieved partly through these contacts, networking and marketing in
the B2B environment. He has assumed responsibility for strategy, market and risk planning, regulatory
issues, audit protocol, workflows and new market innovation. An experienced operator with insight into
alternative business structures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and the rapidly changing market
place. Preparation post-clementi and the importance of maintaining close links with contacts.
Robert Macleod is a member of the Institute of Business Consultants which merged with
the Institute of Management Consultants in April 2007.
